The event will be held Saturday, March 17, 2007 beginning at 10 AM in Carolina Beach, NC.  The proceeds will be given to a cancer patient and family as well as a scholarship fund in memory of Steve Haydu.  This year we will dedicate the race to Tim Reilly who was our race director for the first two years of the run.  Tim passed away this year while doing his daily run on the beach. 

This is the third event of its type to benefit those who are fighting cancer and to provide a scholarship in memory of Steve Haydu.  It will be held each year to continue the fight against cancer.
